The Calabrian Spianata Salami is a very famous flat-shaped sausage, produced with lean pork meat obtained from the thigh and cut with a knife tip, mixed with diced lard.
The typical SPIANATA of the Calabrian tradition, where chilli peppers and cubes of lardons are added to its finely minced mixture, to give that spicy hot note typical of southern Italy.
A gluten-free product, without lactose and milk proteins.
